Shelbee is a gentle soul who had to be turned over to us by her family at age 10 after living with them all her life --- we're not sure of why. If you've never had the sweet opportunity of adopting a senior to love and spoil for the rest of their lives, Shelbee can help you out. Shelbee has been vaccinated, wormed, she's had a dental, and is still pretty good with stairs. When she first arrived here about 6 months ago she was quite overweight. She was surprised to discover that when it's potty time ALL the dogs go outside including those who don't really need to go potty but could use some exercise. Shelbee is doing beautifully with her weight loss and now we just maintain her on the best senior diet to keep her healthy with daily vitamins. With all of the pet food recalls it's hard to know what's safe to feed the pets we love.
